Position Summary

Under general direction, maintains, administers, and optimizes company servers and related components to achieve high performance of the various business applications supported by tuning the servers as necessary. This includes ensuring the availability of client / server applications, and developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment. The System Administrator assists in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the data center / server farm.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous systems administration experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree required. Previous professional level experience in network and / or systems administration or a combination of education and related experience may be considered in lieu required bachelor’s degree.
