Design / Build Construction Management firm (also operates as an OPM firm), based in Warwick RI, is growing & looking for a seasoned APM to join their team ASAP. First project on the CM side in Providence RI - future potential to work on OPM side. Their project portfolio includes Public, Corporate, Healthcare, Academic, Historic Renos, & more. Industry leader, highly established, great reputation!

Assisting with day-to-day project activities

PE tasks when needed

Maximizing project efficiency and profitability

Performing duties as directed by Senior Management, Project Executive and / or Project Manager

Assisting and developing working relationships with team, owner, subcontractors, and vendors

Managing and coordinating submittal / procurement & RFI processes

Coordinating all Document controls and drawing markups, in accordance with the company SOP

Implementing and overseeing the field staffs tracking

Coordinating Procore reporting

Assisting and coordinating with project closeout

Other duties as assigned

3+ years of APM experience

Ideally has CM at Risk background

Project background in public work

Construction related degree

Proficient in : Excel, MS, Bluebeam, Procore

Commutable to Warwick & Providence RI

Base salary up to $110K
