The Insurance Practice Group at the Miami office is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its thriving practice. The ideal candidate should have top academic credentials, strong writing skills and litigation experience, preferably in the area of first-party and insurance coverage litigation . This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic insurance litigation practice and gain trial experience. Experience taking / defending depositions and hearing attendance is required . Position must be based in Miami

• 3-5 years of insurance litigation experience
• Strong academic record
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good Standing of the Florida Bar.
• Proactive, takes initiative and a self-starter
