Automotive Customer Service Representative

We’re a fast-paced, forward-thinking auto repair shop with deep roots in the beautiful Columbia area—and we’re growing. We’re hunting for a Customer Service Superhero to join our crew of driven doers. You’ll be the glue between our Advisors and customers, helping every call feel like a connection, every visit feel like trust, and every solution feel like it came from a true ally.

Duties of the Customer Service Representative Include

• Build lasting relationships with customers rooted in trust and transparency
• Support Sales transactions and promote ongoing services
• Lead outreach & follow-up activities to keep customers coming back
• Monitor and support Customer Satisfaction Index goals
• Driving company culture and vision
• Collaborate across departments to keep operations smooth & friendly
• Maintain performance standards
• Drive Efficient and Profitable Sales
• Contribute to shop productivity and customer loyalty
