• Overview :

We're hiring Clinical Quality Assurance Analysts to support a healthcare coordination team. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for candidates with nursing backgrounds who are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure services provided match client expectations and policy criteria
• Communicate findings via phone and email
• Edit and verify reports for grammar and clarity
• Manage time-sensitive cases with efficiency
• Requirements :
• Active RN or LPN license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Clinical experience (bedside or general nursing preferred)
• Previous remote work experience is a plus
• Must have a reliable home office setup (desktop / laptop, high-speed internet, and willingness to use a second monitor)
• Additional Info :
• Must pass background, drug, and medical screenings
• Candidates must be focused during work hours-no multitasking with personal responsibilities

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00 / hr.
