Open Shifts : 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am 3.5 days a week and every other weekend.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Lead CBRF Caregiver to join our team at High Point Germantown South and Port Washington. As a Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your dedication and commitment to providing high-quality care will be essential in helping us maintain our reputation as a leader in the industry.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CBRF certification
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
