Be the First Point of Contact

• Handle 10–20 inbound calls daily and manage a total of approximately 115 calls per day using an outbound dialer system.
• Assist members with payment processing, setting up payment plans, and answering account-related questions.

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $28.84 / hr.
