- Assisting students attending Boyertown Elementary & Middle School West - 7 : 15AM – 8 : 45AM and 2 : 15PM – 3 : 45PM - intersection of Madison St and Township Rd.
Requirements
The Crossing Guard position ensures the safety of pedestrians, especially students, at designated street crossingsThe Crossing Guard position works on student days following BASD school calendar yearThe daily pay-rate for Crossing Guard is $30 per dayCROSSING GUARD RESPONSIBILITIES :
Safely guide pedestrians and students across designated intersectionsMonitor traffic flow and stop vehicles when necessary to allow pedestrians to crossCommunicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and school staffReport any traffic violations or safety concerns to appropriate authoritiesAssist in ensuring compliance with crossing guard procedures and regulationsRequirements
EDUCATION / EXPRIENCE :
High School Diploma or GED equivalencyCREDENTIALING :
