We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant II to join our team in Phoenix, AZ . The ideal candidate will provide advanced administrative and clerical support to departmental staff, management, and executives—ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient coordination of tasks and schedules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support including correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Manage office communications and maintain records in compliance with company procedures.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist with report preparation, project tracking, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners as needed.
Qualifications :
Associate’s degree or equivalent administrative experience.2–4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) .Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Preferred :
Experience supporting management or executive-level staff.Knowledge of office systems, procurement, or project coordination.
