A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure an exceptional employee experience by addressing urgent employee needs
Collaborate with HR, Legal, Payroll, and IT teams to support process improvement initiatives
Manage complex employee inquiries and the termination process for a large, multi-national company
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in human resources, handling complex employee inquiries
Experience resolving data issues within Workday
Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
Experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization is preferred
