About the Role

Sperton is looking for an experienced Airtable Developer to join an onsite team. You will design, automate, and integrate Airtable bases while building robust workflows and automating data processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage Airtable bases, automations, and integrations

Write custom Airtable scripts using JavaScript to improve efficiency

Create scalable and robust data processing workflows

Automate data integrity processes, including advanced data cleansing

Collaborate with multi-vendor, multi-cultural distributed teams

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly

Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Must-Have Skills

Airtable : 3–5+ years experience, including base design and automation

JavaScript : Strong scripting skills for Airtable or similar platforms

Solid understanding of database concepts and data management

Experience architecting end-to-end workflows

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in complex environments
