Compensation
Base pay range : $137,300.00 / yr - $251,800.00 / yr
Role summary
The Trade Desk is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Channels UX and Optimizations who is strategic, data-driven, creative, and business savvy. They have the drive and ability to contribute to the process of discovering what will delight our clients and a proven interest in driving both back-end technical and front-end user experience projects with deep customer empathy.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Trade Desk is dedicated to the mission of supporting and growing the Open Internet. In this role, you will play a key part in helping shape the future vision for omnichannel advertising at The Trade Desk. You will own the vision, roadmap and execution for various products. This can include working on UI / UX experiences, API experiences, data science models, data engineering pipelines and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in other organizations, while also displaying the ability to "show up senior" in frequent executive forums. You will work with stakeholders across our UX / UI, Data Partnerships, Data Science, and Engineering Teams helping think through trade-offs in workflow implementations, visualizations, model approaches, and customer impact. You will also need to build a deep customer relationship with our agency, brand, and publisher partners to make products a success.

At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $137,300—$251,800 USD. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation such as stock-based incentives and benefits.
