Global Search : Be prepared to work across different time zones, as we have teams in Australia and the US REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Full payment for professional training, international conferences and meetings; Corporate discount for English lessons; Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR team.
Your main tasks will be :
- Conducting the full cycle of IT recruitment (developing search strategies, resume screening, conducting interviews, presenting candidates to hiring managers)
- Interacting with internal clients to determine job requirements and candidate profiles
- Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (social networks, professional communities, databases, etc.)
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR strategies for attracting talent
- Maintaining candidate databases and keeping information up to date
- Assessing candidates' professional and personal qualities, conducting interviews in English
