Job Title : Physical Therapist

Shift : 10-hour days, Friday to Monday

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Required, willing to wait

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have : Experience in an acute care setting

Job Description :

• Provide specialized physical therapy services during weekend shifts, ensuring patient care and rehabilitation needs are met effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients in an acute setting.
• Utilize the CERNER charting system to document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver quality patient care with a focus on improving mobility and promoting functional recovery.
• Engage with patients in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner.
• Adapt interventions to meet the needs of diverse patient populations across varied conditions and injuries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on best practices and advancements in physical therapy practices.
