Job Description
Level5® Tools, LLC—part of Worthington Enterprises—equips drywall pros and DIYers with best-in-class tools : automatic taping and finishing systems, skimming blades, hand tools, and accessories. We serve a broad distributor / retail network and lead the drywall tools category in online sales.
A day in this role
Picture your morning starting on the warehouse floor : you open the ERP queue, prepare freight paperwork (ASN, BOL, Customs Documents), and organize shipments to meet customer specs. You’ll move seamlessly from receiving and put-away to picking via pick tickets or quick direction from a supervisor. At the packing bench, you’ll use tape, sealing equipment, and stretch / shrink film so every carton is secure and every label is clear and legible. With ShipStation, you finalize carriers and shipments, then stage and load vehicles following safety protocols to protect product in transit. Throughout the day, you’ll load outgoing trailers and trucks, unload incoming containers and pallets, and verify merchandise—spotting shortages, rejecting damaged goods, and communicating discrepancies through the proper channels to keep billing accurate.
You’ll navigate the warehouse efficiently, confidently working with units of measure and locating SKUs to maintain high order fill rates. You’ll follow SOPs, preferred methods, and Company / facility policies, operate assigned equipment safely, and keep your area clean and organized. Safety is constant : anticipate hazards, comply with all guidelines, and immediately report any incident or injury. You’ll also support physical inventories and cycle counts and take on other tasks as assigned.
What you bring

This is a heated but un–air-conditioned warehouse. You may experience cold, heat, damp, or humid conditions and work around moving equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Expect exposure to exhaust fumes and paper dust.
