Overview
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to take ownership of key accounts, grow with clients, and act as the bridge between clients and our production teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, understands product development, and is comfortable guiding clients through complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Work closely with factories overseas to ensure projects run smoothly from CAD through production.
- Negotiate with clients on pricing, timelines, and order quantities.
- Guide clients toward the right solutions for their needs while balancing cost and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Identify opportunities to expand account volume and strengthen partnerships.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or related roles (experience in jewelry or fashion industry a plus).Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Experience working with overseas vendors / factories preferred.Proactive problem solver with a client-first mindset.What We Offer
