Manager, Sales Enablement
As a Manager of Sales Enablement for the Surface Solutions business unit, you will coordinate and collaborate with sales leaders and general managers across multiple product categories (Vinyl, Metal and Stone) to define and refine core sales processes, competencies, sales tools, and sales training programs. You will partner with sales leaders to outline best in class sales behaviors to drive sales performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the sales organization. The Manager of Sales Enablement will play a key role for the commercial organization in developing the CRM strategy for Surface Solutions, maximizing sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales leaders to define and refine sales strategies, support go-to-market planning and territory alignment, enhance sales effectiveness, improve sales process efficiency, and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Establish, in collaboration with sales operations and analytics, strategic KPI's to measure performance and productivity of sales organization, including analytics on sales results and customer trends.
- Define, implement, and standardize sales processes and best practices.
- Drive account planning process, tools and execution in partnership with sales managers.
- Establish a shared sales enablement and training curriculum and methodology across multiple product categories within the Surface Solutions business unit, including facilitation of Challenger across the sales organization.
- Create a comprehensive sales manager playbook to support effective onboarding, management and development of their teams.
- Design, in collaboration with the training team, learning programs to address knowledge and performance gaps fostering continuous improvement.
- Manage development and execution of sales enablement projects including the implementation of new technologies to support the sales organization.
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
- Facilitate content creation for use with sales and sales-support functions (Marketing, Product, Pricing etc.).
- Ensure sales onboarding & ongoing enablement supports and reinforces company culture and brand.
- Manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales effectiveness.

Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing qualityHighly accountable to multiple stakeholdersSkilled at simplifying the complex and influencing in a cross functional, fast-paced environmentAbility to connect with employees at all levels of the organizationExperience working with B2B decision-makers, in both inside and outside salesExperience with sales enablement tools and technologiesExcellent listening, verbal, and written communication skillsExperience with CRM platforms (SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics)Bias for proactive and positive project managementFamiliar with adult learning tools and frameworkAbility to analyze measure and adapt learning content to meet the changing needs of the sales forceEducation / Additional Information :
