Apartment Leasing Specialist

Apartner Staffing is hiring an Apartment Leasing Specialist to support apartment communities in need of energetic, people-focused professionals.

Schedule :

• Monday–Friday : 10 AM–7 PM  Saturday : 10 AM–6 PM Sunday : 10 AM–4 PM Responsibilities : Greet prospective residents and conduct tours Showcase community features and convert leads into leases Assist with application processing and move-in prep Maintain a clean, organized leasing space Provide excellent customer service and follow-up Qualifications : Leasing or property management experience is a plus , but not required Strong sales or customer service background encouraged Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus Professional, organized, and motivated team player .
