Were looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our North Houston team! This position is ideal for someone who is a great multitasker, thrives on organization, and loves keeping projects running smoothly. As a Project Coordinator, youll support our project management team throughout all phases of construction from pre-construction to closeout. Youll help maintain schedules, track budgets, manage documentation, and ensure seamless communication between clients, subcontractors, and our internal teams.

Experience in construction is a big plus!

What Youll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and tracking project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Help manage submittals, RFIs, and other project communications through Procore .
• Attend job walks, site visits, and project meetings as needed.
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
