Execute recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation / screening, interview process, offer negotiations, and new hiring on-boardingDevelop short and long-term recruiting strategiesEvaluate and recommend job postingsConduct research on recruitment standards and monitor new trends and opportunitiesPerform screening and interviews of qualified candidatesLeverage online recruiting resources, tools, and systems to identify and recruit the best candidatesPlan and support recruiting eventsDevelop recruiting and sourcing strategiesPartner with hiring organizations across multiple disciplinesSource external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidatesMinimum Qualifications
5+ years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environmentStrong experience working with Boolean search stringsStrong experience with ExcelExperience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boardsExperience working with an internal ATSAbility to connect with candidates and build relationships for open rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter attitude with drive to be successfulPrevious experience recruiting in a professional environment communicating with internal and external executivesExperience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple stakeholdersDesired Qualifications
A history of recruiting for roles in the Manufacturing spaceProfessional experience in aviation / aerospacePrior experience with WorkdayPrior experience managing a full desk of 50+ open requirementsPrior experience supporting executives across multiple time zonesSalary Range : The salary for this position is between $30 – $45 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
