About the Role

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Execute recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation / screening, interview process, offer negotiations, and new hiring on-boarding
  • Develop short and long-term recruiting strategies
  • Evaluate and recommend job postings
  • Conduct research on recruitment standards and monitor new trends and opportunities
  • Perform screening and interviews of qualified candidates
  • Leverage online recruiting resources, tools, and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates
  • Plan and support recruiting events
  • Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Partner with hiring organizations across multiple disciplines
  • Source external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
  • Strong experience working with Boolean search strings
  • Strong experience with Excel
  • Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards
  • Experience working with an internal ATS
  • Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter attitude with drive to be successful
  • Previous experience recruiting in a professional environment communicating with internal and external executives
  • Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple stakeholders

    • Desired Qualifications

  • A history of recruiting for roles in the Manufacturing space
  • Professional experience in aviation / aerospace
  • Prior experience with Workday
  • Prior experience managing a full desk of 50+ open requirements
  • Prior experience supporting executives across multiple time zones

    • Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $30 – $45 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
