Reports Clerk

Duties generally include, but are not limited to the following :

  • Prepares and processes bills, vouchers, working advances, and orders supplies and requisitions.
  • Maintains and updates departmental filing system for cross references and tracking purposes.
  • Collects and formats research information for special studies and projects.
  • May operate a computer terminal system, including input, edit and retrieval of data.
  • Performs minor machine maintenance.
  • Performs other general clerical functions such as filing, maintaining records, proofreading, time reports, phone coverage and typing.
  • May be required to talk to customers over the telephone.
  • May be required to operate company vehicle.

The ability to type at or above 20+ words per minute with little to no errors throughout the day on a desktop or laptop computer using a QWERTY (alphabetic) keyboard.

Our Reports Clerk earns between $281.00 - $1485.00 Weekly. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at $14,612 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training. Joining our team comes with amazing perks and benefits :
