About the role
As a Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Technician, you’ll keep our facilities and production assets operating at their best. You will install, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems across the plant.
A day in the life
You walk the floor at shift start, reviewing PM schedules and opening work orders. A CNC lathe flags an alarm—you diagnose a hydraulic issue, swap a seal kit, and bring it back online. After lunch, you install a new VFD on a mill, update electrical schematics, and finish your rounds with safety checks on HVAC and facility systems. Before clocking out, you log your work and line up tomorrow’s parts.
What you’ll tackle
- Execute preventive maintenance plans for plant machinery and facility systems
- Install, maintain, and repair production and building equipment
- Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting to CNC machinery, mills, and lathes
- Perform electrical and hydraulic diagnostics, basic fabrication, and work safely around / with forklifts
What you bring
