RESPONSIBILITIES :
Duties include but are not limited to :
Leadership
Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectivesLead expansion into new markets and oversee branch development, including pricing and staffingManage CRM strategy (HubSpot), including tool configuration and automationCollaborate with Operations to improve customer service processesFoster cross-functional alignment and ensure effective sales leadershipManagement
Supervise and improve sales processes, tools, and performance metricsHire, train, and manage sales teams across multiple locationsOversee onboarding and coordinate handoffs with internal teamsSales & Marketing
Increase revenue using structured growth plansMaintain accurate sales systems, contracts, and CRM dataOversee a $1M+ sales operations budgetMeasure and report on sales and marketing performance metricsMonitor market trends, pricing changes, and competitive activityLead execution of marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with brand strategyThis is an in-person, onsite position based in Minneapolis, MN with travel as neededQUALIFICATIONS
Required
3+ years in a Director-level or higher in a sales leadership role5+ years leading teams of 5+ membersExperience developing and managing multi-location sales teamsBudget management experience of $1M+Proven track record of scaling revenue from $5M to $25M+Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable sales processesDeep experience with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred
Previous outside sales experience, including direct outreach and local marketingExperience growing revenue beyond $25MB2B sales experience, ideally in service-based industriesStrong grasp of marketing strategy (campaigns, content, social media, etc.)Experience with contract negotiationsCompletion of a bachelor’s degreeDesired
