Bilingual French Customer Service Representative

You'll be the voice of trusted auto finance brands (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, and more), helping customers resolve insurance-related issues such as missing documents, cancellations, or payment gaps.

• What You'll Do
• Make outbound calls to customers and insurance agents (approx. 14 calls / hour)
• Verify insurance details and resolve discrepancies
• Upload documentation to internal systems
• Leave scripted messages when necessary
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and empathy
• Schedule Options
• Tuesday-Friday (10 : 30 AM-7 : 00 PM CST) & Saturday (7 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM CST)
• 4 openings
• Monday-Friday (10 : 30 AM-7 : 00 PM CST)
• 1 opening
• Training :
• First 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM CST

Must pass an 80% assessment to transition to your assigned shift

• What You Bring
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service experience (retail, call center, office, etc.)
• Fluent in
• French and English
• (spoken and written)
• Ability to type
• 30+ WPM
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable being on the phone all day

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
