Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our events, which range from corporate gatherings to large-scale public festivals. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from start to finish in accordance with client requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget
• Develop event timelines, schedules, and logistical plans to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance and engagement
