Key Responsibilities
Activate Customer Advocacy by building relationships and driving referrals and testimonials
Launch and grow community initiatives to connect injector-owners and prospects
Build the Moxie Advocacy Engine with scalable programs for referrals and social proof
Required Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in customer marketing, community, or influencer management
Proven ability to design, launch, and scale advocacy or influencer programs
Strong writing and content instincts for storytelling
Skilled at building authentic relationships with customers and teams
Uses metrics to measure the impact of advocacy and community programs
