Kinzler Corporation  of  Ankeny, IA  is looking to hire a  full-time Fleet &Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, comp liance and operations readiness for Kinzler Corporation's vehicles, equipment, and facilities across multiple locations. In this rol e , you'll keep our fleet rolling and facilities running. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FLEET & FACILITIES MANAGER

You'll start your day reviewing fleet dashboards, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage to ensure all vehicles and equipment are ready for job sites. You'll visit facilities or yards to oversee repairs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety compliance. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with field leadership to confirm equipment readiness, negotiate vendor contracts, manage budgets, and plan upcoming fleet acquisitions and facility projects. Each day blends problem-solving, operational oversight, and long-term planning to keep operations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Fleet Management

• Inspect, repair, and schedule preventative maintenance for vehicles, trailers, and equipment
• Manage fleet compliance : DOT, FMCSA, IFTA, registrations, and insurance
• Track fuel usage and administer fuel cards and fleet systems
• Coordinate acquisitions, upfitting, decommissioning, and disposals
• Oversee drivers and fleet assets in tracking software

Facilities Management
