Valencia, CA facility You Will

Review drawings and blueprints

Set up Moore G18

Adjust feeds, speeds, stops

Grind to .0005 tolerances

Inspect parts with micrometers

Maintain grinder cleanliness, lubrication

Record accurate production data

Uphold FAA safety regulations Must Have

Five years  Jig Grinder  experience

Expert with MooreG18

Read ASMEY14.5 drawings

Strong math, problem solving

Proficient with OD / ID gauges

English fluency, FAA compliance

Pass DOT drug screenings Physical Demands

Stand entire shift

Lift 50 lbs unaided

Precise hand eye coordination
