Senior Project Manager

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety standards. Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project. Collaborate with internal departments, such as estimating, procurement, and accounting, to ensure seamless project coordination. Monitor and control project expenses, tracking costs, and implementing cost-saving measures when possible. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits, obtaining necessary approvals and documentation. Implement and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders. Mitigate risks by proactively identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans. Facilitate effective change management processes, managing scope changes and contract modifications. Prepare and present regular project progress reports to clients, executives, and other stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in construction project management.

Construction related degree. 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management. Multifamily experience a big plus. Working knowledge of estimating, bidding, client relations, and trades. Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings. Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
