The plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm is seeking an experienced pre-litigation legal assistant. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, work well under pressure, work independently, and be able to multi-task.

Skills :

Ability to obtain medical records, insurance policies, and other necessary documentation.

Ability to coordinate investigations, including statements of witnesses and obtaining photographs.

Ability to organize file information.

Ability to schedule appointments.

Ability to assist in the preparation of the demand package.

Ability to assist with communications with adjusters.

Ability to organize and verify information for the final disbursement to the client. Experience with MS Office and MS WORD.

Experience with ProLaw is a plus.
