Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) for our Tampa office. The Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of Litigation experience in a law firm setting. The LAA will perform a wide variety of legal administrative duties. Major duties include providing comprehensive and efficient administrative and secretarial support, preparing, proofreading, and editing correspondence of legal documents, and calendar management to include scheduling court appearances and depositions.

Position Overview
Candidates must be able to efficiently and accurately manage the administrative responsibilities associated with complex litigation in various forums including, but not limited to, federal and state court, while also ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination of tasks across the team. The LAA will play a key role in assisting with discovery and document management, hearing and trial preparation, e-filing, scheduling, and maintaining organized workflows for the Firm's litigation team. Trial experience and preparation is highly preferred as well as a background in Federal Court and IP Litigation. Experience with trademark matters and trademark filings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office a plus.
