Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Some travel may be required. Online training will also be required throughout employment.

Benefits
We are proud that Victra sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base pay with uncapped commissions. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate are provided during the first 60 days of employment. Paid time off accrues in your first year and increases thereafter, with eligibility for paid sick leave where required by law.
