Asset & Wealth Management, Marketing Vice President, Alternatives - Chicago

Role Summary

Location : Chicago

This Vice President will play a key role within the Asset Management (AM) Marketing team, focusing on Content and Product Marketing specifically for the Alternatives business. The Vice President will partner with investment to define product positioning, develop narratives, messaging strategy and product content. They will work across the AM Marketing team to support the infusion of product-related insights across content creation, digital marketing, paid media, social media, analytics and design to create end-to-end campaigns and programs in service of new product launches and the broader commercial objectives of the Alternatives business.

Position Responsibilities

• Marketing implementation : Support the execution of strategic marketing plans to build awareness and affinity for AM's Alternatives investment capabilities.
• Launches and campaigns : Support the development and implementation of marketing plans around new product / fund launches within the Alternatives space, major announcements, tentpole events and client conferences. Partner with AM Marketing colleagues to deliver well thought-out, impactful and quantifiable product-specific marketing campaigns, leveraging a range of channels and tactics to maximize effectiveness.
• Collateral : Create and develop product-specific marketing collateral (e-mails, presentations, premier publications, etc.) in partnership with AM's design team.
• Product calendar : Map out a coordinated product-specific calendar that harmonizes with AM's content calendar and sequences externally published content appropriately and effectively for the Alternatives product suite.
• Risk management : Maintain strict regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications.
• Team connectivity : Take an active role in the AM Marketing team, adopting a collaborative approach, sharing best practices, being involved in programs outside primary region as relevant, and contributing to the team's overall success.
• Partnership and collaboration : Develop and maintain strong relationships within AM Marketing and other AM Marketing colleagues.

Salary Range : The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois, United States-based position is $80,000-$125,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
