Job Details :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Accountant to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in our accounting and finance department.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee and manage the general ledger and financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

2. Coordinate and direct all project accounting functions, including but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.

3. Participate in the preparation and review of project budgets and financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial guidelines.

4. Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

5. Collaborate with project managers to track project costs, identify financial risks and opportunities, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

6. Ensure all financial operations are in compliance with statutory laws and regulations.

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is a plus.

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project accounting role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
