About the Role
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to embed directly with mission-driven organizations and help them deliver critical outcomes using cutting-edge AI systems.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll partner closely with customers across industries—healthcare, finance, robotics, and beyond—to solve high-stakes, real-world problems while shaping the evolution of our core platform.
This role is ideal for engineers who love working at the intersection of technical depth, customer empathy, and product innovation —those who thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and drive impact where it matters most.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Customers : Embed with client teams to deeply understand their workflows, challenges, and success metrics.
- Build Custom Solutions : Develop and deploy AI-powered products and automations that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Shape Product Direction : Translate field learnings into product improvements that strengthen platform reliability and scalability.
- Own the Delivery Cycle : Prototype, iterate, and deploy features end-to-end in fast-moving, complex environments.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with product and infrastructure teams to bring user insights into every release.
- Operate Autonomously : Manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and thrive in situations where answers aren’t predefined.
