MASTER GOLF FITTER / BUILDER (Sales) - Roseville, CA

JOB SUMMARY : Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. This position delivers tour-level club fitting experiences through in-depth knowledge while using interpersonal skills to sell relationally. Master Fitters build networks, manage customer relationships, and assist with store operations as required by the manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct innovative tour-level fitting experiences
• Read, interpret, and explain data points in the club fitting process
• Oversee customer relations by growing and maintaining fittings for studio and personal clients
• Maintain brand standards by keeping the workplace up to studio standards
• Operate technology including Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office
• Build golf clubs to tight tolerances
• Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics
• Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $19.23 to $24.04 per hour. The range reflects current market conditions and may be modified in the future. Pay is determined based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. The role is eligible for 2% Commission and Performance Bonus pay, paid quarterly.
