  • Essential Functions :
  • Prepare and coordinate project designs, plans, specifications, and bidding documents.
  • Review contractor submissions for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with A / E firms, contractors, and utility companies.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluate design / spec changes during projects.
  • Provide technical engineering guidance and develop project justifications, cost estimates, and bills of materials.
  • Maintain project documentation including design, progress, costs, and completion records.
  • Prepare and review environmental, site survey, soil analysis, and energy source reports.
  • Identify and propose infrastructure projects and upgrades.
  • Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
  • Indiana Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and federal / state / local codes.
  • Ability to evaluate complex technical designs and specifications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred : CAD drafting skills (AutoCAD / Revit).
  • Ability to stay current with engineering and construction technologies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

    Pay : $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
