Title :   Loan Closing Specialist

Position type : Full Time – Contract

Duration : 12+ Months

Location :  Charlotte NC

As a Loan Closing Specialist, You will :

• Manage the full loan closing lifecycle for commercial and consumer loans.
• Prepare, review, and verify loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize nCino and CoMET or LoanIQ platforms to process and track loan closings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, title companies, attorneys, and borrowers to ensure timely and accurate closings.
• Handle multiple loan files simultaneously, prioritizing tasks during peak funding periods.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure all closing conditions are met.
• Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation archiving.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range :   $38 / hr to $42 / hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
