We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Laundry Aides to join our outstanding team!

Position Overview :

As a Laundry Aide at The Heights, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care — right down to the fresh linens and clean clothing they depend on. Your work will help maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment that our residents truly appreciate and deserve.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold resident laundry and facility linens

Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently

Follow proper infection control procedures and facility protocols

Maintain laundry carts, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized manner

Ensure timely delivery of clean linens and clothing to appropriate locations

Report any laundry equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly

Assist housekeeping team as needed

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Previous laundry or housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
