Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality CMM Technician to join their team. As a Quality CMM Technician, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance department, supporting inspection processes and ensuring the highest standards of product quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Quality CMM Technician

Location : Columbus, IN

Pay Range : $23-$30

Shift : First shift 7am-330pm or Second shift 3pm-1130pm

What's the Job?

• Operate and troubleshoot Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM) to inspect complex powder metal parts according to technical specifications.
• Select, load, and initiate appropriate programs into the CMM for precise inspection tasks.
• Perform and certify inspections, maintaining detailed records to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment, including tools and measurement devices, to ensure optimal performance.
• Support quality audits, create rejection notices for non-conforming products, and participate in MRB activities to facilitate proper disposition of materials.
