The Material Handler 3 is responsible for training all new hires on distribution procedures, with an emphasis on warehouse equipment operation, standard operating procedures, and proper paperwork handling. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to the fulfillment and shipment of products within the warehouse.

This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is based out of our Olathe, Kansas location.

As the Material Handler 3, you will have an opportunity to :

• Operate forklift equipment (various types)
• Provide best in class equipment training for our warehouse associates new hires, recertification and post-accident
• Conduct new hire Safety Training
• Maintain and update training files for all warehouse associates as well as assisting with driver related documentation
• Receive and process product into warehouse
• Pick and pack product to fulfill orders
• Prepare product for shipment
• Assist with other projects as required
• Other duties as required

Hours : Monday-Thursday (4 : 30pm- 3am)

Compensation : $21.30 / hr.

Pay Range : Starting Hourly Rate : $21.30. The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
