360 Construction Recruiter

We are a well-established recruiting firm seeking a 360 Construction Recruiter to join our national team. This full-desk role combines recruitment and client development responsibilities. The ideal candidate has proven background in construction staffing and can manage relationships on both the candidate and client sides.

This remote position has potential for in-office collaboration 1–2 days per week in the future. Therefore, candidates from the Dallas Metroplex are preferred.

Base Pay Range

$60,000.00 / yr - $70,000.00 / yr

Additional Compensation

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles within the construction industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for skilled trade, field, and management-level positions
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow client accounts
  • Coordinate with a network of recruiters across the country to meet client needs
  • Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate documentation
  • Stay informed on hiring trends and market conditions in the construction sector

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction agency recruiting and client development (full desk)
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its staffing needs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage job orders and deliver results independently
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with the ability to adapt to a hybrid schedule as needed
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
