Superintendent

Manage and execute large-scale construction projects ($100M+), especially mission-critical builds.

Oversee teams in roles such as Project Engineers (PEs), Project Managers (PMs), Superintendents, and Safety Directors.

Coordinate with self-perform teams for concrete and drywall scopes.

Ensure long-term project continuity through consistent leadership and polished execution.

Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability on-site.

Experience on large-scale projects ($100M+); data center experience is preferred but not required.
