A company is looking for a Manager, HEDIS Clinical Quality Data & Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision and support to the HEDIS Operations team, including hiring and training
Collaborate with leadership to ensure successful implementation of HEDIS operations and outreach efforts
Analyze data to drive informed KPI outcomes and manage reporting needs for health plans and partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring and performance management
Experience with HEDIS project management and leading complex projects
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Ability to navigate complex situations and manage risks across multiple programs
