Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager include but are not limited to :
Assists in benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.Maintains human resource information system by updating employee records and compiles reports from the database.Schedules new-employee orientations; and writes and places advertisements.Biweekly payrollSchedules performance reviews.Monitors company trainings, assures all required training is being completed monthly.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations and recommended bet practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Assists in planning company sponsored events and outings.Human Resource Manager requirements :
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacyExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail#ZRCFS
