Program Manager

KBR is looking for a motivated, energetic, and established leader with recent experience leading USAF acquisition efforts for the Air Launched Cruise Missile System as a Program Manager. This is not an entry level position.

Supports the customer program manager in executing his / her mission as single point of integrative responsibility needed to ensure everything in the program is managed effectively for a successful outcome. Aids in developing and implementing strategies to achieve program objectives safely and within agreed time, cost, technical, quality, and other performance criteria. May work with other DoD contractors and may be the primary customer contact for assigned areas of responsibility. Work will be on specific components of the Air Launch Cruise Missile, on-site with the government customer at Tinker AFB with some remote days possible and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyzes program activities such as life cycle logistics program planning, proposal pricing, financial management, cost analysis, management techniques, documentation requirements, or network analysis.
• Exhibits capability in areas of production planning documents, preparing, and utilizing databases for cost analysis and financial management.
• Compiles and reviews budgets against actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, and other data sources to control budgets and provide proper financial decisions.
• Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual / program requirements for several major portions of a program.
• Analyzes business or operating procedures to devise the most efficient methods of accomplishing work.
