Location : Texas Medical Center – Houston, TX

Pay Rate : $21 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, with rotating Saturdays (once per month)

Dean’s Professional Services is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant II with experience in women’s health, fertility, or multidisciplinary care to support a top-tier hospital in Houston’s renowned Texas Medical Center. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and compassionate care team dedicated to providing exceptional patient experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, professional support to patients and families throughout their visit.
• Coordinate patient flow and clinic operations, including registration, scheduling, and rooming.
• Prepare and assist with fertility-related and women’s health procedures.
• Assist providers in clinical care — take vitals, administer medications per protocol, and set up for exams and minor procedures.
• Perform lab collections, point-of-care testing, and accurately document all results.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment per infection control and safety standards.
• Partner with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
