Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be part of a team that keeps critical electric operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Electric Scheduling Administrative Support professional to join our team!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting schedulers and ensuring efficient coordination of projects, tasks, and resources across our electric operations.

What You’ll Do :

🔸 Provide administrative support to facilitate scheduling and coordination of work

🔸 Create work packets and call in Miss Digs

🔸 Utilize SAP, Adobe, Microsoft, Teams, and internal systems

🔸 Assist scheduling teams and help fill in to support during absences

🔸 Communicate effectively with internal and external customers

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Strong communication and customer service skills

✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ SAP experience (preferred)

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft and Teams
