Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery

Location : Torrance, CA

We are looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Labor and Delivery team for night shifts. In this vital role, you will be a key part of our hospital's mission to provide exceptional care to families during one of the most important moments of their lives. We have multiple full-time, 12-hour DAY or Night Shift positions available.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care : Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring mothers, newborns, and their families.

Collaboration : Work as part of a dedicated healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for all patients.

Clinical Skills : Apply your expertise to manage all phases of labor and delivery, from admission to postpartum care.

Qualifications

Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Experience : A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required.

Licensure & Certifications :

California Registered Nurse (RN) License (upon hire)

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)

National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics (upon hire)

Preferred : National certification in a specialty area is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : The base salary for this position is $109,425 to $149,252.

Additional Pay : This role is eligible for a variety of additional compensation, including shift differentials, standby / on-call pay, overtime, and bonus opportunities.
