ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Production Scheduler at our Robotic Truss Plant, you'll be the link between design, production, and delivery — ensuring our schedules run efficiently and that we hit our deadlines without compromising quality.
What you’ll be doing :
Manage and update the daily truss production schedule — adjusting in real-time as neededCoordinate across departments : Design, Production, Logistics, and DeliveryCommunicate clearly and consistently with Component Specialists, Sales Team, and Delivery CoordinatorsEnsure materials, labor, and machine time are all aligned to meet production goalsAttend daily scheduling huddles and follow up on action itemsHelp troubleshoot production delays or scheduling conflictsMonitor job progress and adjust schedules proactively to keep everything on trackSchedule repairs, rebuilds, or remakes when neededWork in systems like MiTek, BizTrack, and other scheduling tools (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)Bring ideas for how we can be more efficient, more accurate, and more awesomeWHAT YOU BRING
